In fact, you insisted that house was turnkey and that your "preferred" management company was suggesting unnecessary repairs (I did walk the house in person and they were 100% necessary).And yes, you did walk the property on a video chat with me, but what I found working with you is that I have to ask A LOT of questions because you are not forthcoming.

I don't know if you've played around with the feature request portal (it's under Help and Support in the top right, then Suggest a Feature).

Agree with others that you will probably need to lower the rent - suggest 5% every 2-4 weeks until activity picks up. 

It gives me another exit strategy by having the option to sell off individual properties to retail buyers if needed.

Just curious on possible strategies or suggestions from anybody currently thats an agent in the Central Illinois or Chicago area.

I would suggest buying another LTR where you are and then next, pull out some equity to purchase a MTR property.  

You wouldn't need to keep an eye on other investments, just focus on the one and maximize your cashflow.If I can make a suggestion though...I might be wrong, but I don't think you started househacking to take the simple route.
