May depend on the local area but generally speaking 30 days from paperwork submission to tenant moving in is enough.

I found the deal through zillow, and negotiated the seller to take the offer hours upon submission on zillow before reaching openhouse date.

Take the part of you that is soft and beat it into submission.

But each submission costs you time and money.

Nothing wrong with reminding / letting them know that you prefer online submissions with that initial phone/email/text/whatever report either.
