May keep the first Class C home (the one being rented out) and get rid of the second Class C home.With the Class A home I have enough equity that the net proceeds would enable me to put 20% down on a SFH, maybe a duplex in Northern California (not Bay Area, probably Sacramento area) or Nevada but now I would have a much larger mortgage at 7% interest rates and it would be cash flow negative as LTR, may perform better as MTR or STR.
