Hello everyone,I am currently working on a pre-foreclosure list (SFR) and I am wondering what strategies are best for no/low equity properties vs. high equity properties.

If you ever need help running numbers or managing your property. 

The arrangement initially seemed straightforward: they set up an LLC for the property, moved the property into the entity, and planned to share the proceeds.

I need your expert opinion on this property. 

If finding a new replacement is more difficult then get your new property under contract first even before your old property closes.  

And it depends on the property of course....drone shots are more important if there are nearby features that would appeal to buyers.

I mostly focus on out of state SFH investments properties.
