There has been a lot of emotional damage to both sides. 

You will lose money by the time you pay for evicting them and the damage they cause.

It’s easy to switch it up or add to it or replace it if parts or the whole thing gets damaged.

Especially if seller just received a windfall from the sale it is definitely worth suing for damages.
