But for less than the cost of an hour or two with most real estate lawyers, you could buy the entire real estate investment library for whatever your strategy ( and you would have some better questions for your professionals after self study anyway)... best of luck..

Yes there are great reasons to net work in this business, but use sourses like Bigger Pockets and the public library to learn the basics before signining up for any of the online RE gurus or those who offer fantastic opportunities in an auditorium.
