It frustrates me when people say, "there are no good deals" or, "can you send me a good deal" but never define it. - What price point can you afford?

Hey all, as the title states I'm brand new to the real estate game and I'm looking to find people in the area who are willing to loosely guide/teach me how to wholesale/flip properties.Are there any networking events in the area I'd be able to connect with?

Many people buy a house with a FHA loan and then turn it into a rental but it doesn't mean it's always allowed.

From watching the market and myself investing in Bryan/College Station, people are still renting out these properties nicely.They can be leased as a whole or rented by the room and are usually in great areas, close to the university, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Want to connect with like minded people in the area.

I’ve been coaching new investors for a while, and I always enjoy hearing about what brings people to real estate.

What do people do when they run out of funds (liquidated credit cards and family members assistance)?  

People interested in this type arrangement probably don’t have access to $150,0003.

Some people will push to get the maximum, even if it means they may wind up with nothing. 

I'm always down to chat to people about REI, especially in the Pittsburgh market.
