You can also search hedge funds online, but there are a lot of joker brokers out there trying to sell you someone else's lists, etc., so you have to vet each one to verify they actually own the collateral, otherwise they'll just waste your time.

Cash, equities...money that cannot be frozen and that I can access within a few days.That's what I do and I think it will work well if something happens but I feel more comfortable doing that then seeing some of the jokers on here bragging that they equity stripped their entire portfolio into a commercial loan and cash flow $200 a door right now and their reserves are their credit card.Those people will get swept out to sea IMO.

One of them has a crawlspace where tons of old junk has been stashed and several old electric water heaters are rusting away. 1 area that had a bathroom leak and the floor was repaired and some supports added but would need to be redone.
