What ever timeline a builder/architect/engineer quote you add 6 - 12 months.

They received a quote for 22k (engineer reviewed) but want to sell.

Permits are not expensive, getting the drawings and engineering are where the money goes.

If you talk to engineers and AI companies that also build robots they say the very complex tasks are many. many decades away from semi-automation.

You'd have to play with the search engine on zillow to find them.As for the 650k price, that's specifically for my neighborhood.

You will need full plans approved by architect and/or engineer, and then the work.
