I think the above are the type of items your engineer wants you to look at.  

And I buy the seller carry back notes for those that want to cash out.I agree with jack Bosch I saw him at a rich dad event and his stuff was very dated.Its not a complicated model you buy low sell for more..

Costs ran significantly over on both of these items and not being in the area it was not possible for me to add my experience in renovations to lowering them.
