@Thomas WeissTaking a quick look appears Tenant Cloud has a nicer UI, can start with the free version and move to the $9/mo vs RentRedi (pay as you go $19.95, but if you go with a year subscription $9/mo) (UX/Interface looks a bit more dated).

I used Aceable for my Legal Update this year (free through ABOR) and the user interface was great. 

I just hide the LTE modem and Arlo base somewhere secure.For permanent set ups I now typically use Ubiquiti cameras as they are semi-pro and have an excellent management and user interface.

Great information to know I hear Cozy is great but the Apartment.com situation might not be best for the user interface.

I suggest if you use cozy.co you voice your concerns to apartments.com about the poor interface and inability to request screen tenants as I suspect all existing members will be forced to use this poorly executed site.

In my minds eye it could allow for collective resources to compete with the functionality and easy user interface of Zillow.

I began with Podio, but I didn't like the interface.

Besides the glitches when I was using their interface, the dealbreaker for me was the fact that you’re stuck with their leases if you want to use their e-signing.

Make sure you get a feel for what their documentation and interface look like.
