What I am looking for is a property deal in India which I am very interested in but I am not sure if I would have the capital for that deal since I am thinking of buying something in the US.

There is some racial tension as well with a very high population of African Muslim immigrants in a very traditionally caucasian state.

I'm a developer in India and am working on building systems to create a long distance rental portfolio in the US.Currently in New York for a week, looking to meet investors who live in New York and invest of state.Would love to have some interesting conversations over coffee or lunch.
