From SFH BRRRR, flip, or complex syndication apartment deal they all require effort.

I know because I successfully owned properties in Phoenix while living in NYC and Houston.

It is a paid service to be a part of, but generally if they are in the BP community, they likely understand investing more than the average agent out there.
