In the end, I decided to keep them both (outside my 1031) and take one of the NATHI condos in Palm Bay coming available this July for my 1031.

I heavily lean towards keeping a Bay Area property.

There are lots of millionaires in the Bay Area who weren't six figure earners and own a few properties who bought back in 2008 or way back in the 1960s and held onto them.
