If you set your foundation TO BE a website, and you are planning to use your website as the main means to be found, then sure a website is the way to go first.BUT, if you manage to get a fantastic credibility score with your facebook page, twitter page, youtube channel, where you broadcast all your purchases, have a series of house flipping adventures all recorded, and the entire state raves about your facebook page with a ton of shares comments and reviews... do you think a desperate seller is going to pass you by because "I see no cheap wix site"?

I thought this was a terrible counter offer, I have financing, I don't desperately need financing.

Desperately looking for Mentors and build a good network.

In this hot market, people are overspending out of desperation.

I had just recently graduated that previous year in December and desperately wanted to work and provide for myself. 

You would need to be over the edge desperate to deal with the church, charity or refugees.

If you are charging too much, it's possible that the well qualified people are looking elsewhere, and you're just getting the desperate. 

I know you are desperate but you shouldn't just be wanting to work with and partner with anyone with money.

Since refin has really dried up here in Northern CA I hear desperate escrow officers begging for work or face cutbacks. 

But we were eligible for more so they wire it right to your bank and it does not record on your credit ( it's for doctors) but three kids thru college and his 14 years of college an loans money has been tight.we don't drive fancy cars or blow money.ISO WE thought since it doesn't show on your credit and it went into my account today and I already pulled my bank statement 2 month up till before it got deposited.Could I have someone write .e a check as a gift give it back after closiing so nervous.or any other ideas we are desperate.
