You'll still meet a ton of kids your age and get to go to bars and parties and football games. 

I received and was honor a football scholarship.

I also do have an in with the football coaches at two of the universities at which I am looking at, so IF I HAD TO, I could stick a group of football players in there, with the coach on speed dial.

So I currently go to school in the Quad City area in IL and I have an opportunity to acquire two properties that I would potentially rent out to students (or since I play football I would rent it to other football players).I met the owner of the houses last fall when I was looking for a place to live for my senior year.

My current hobbies are poker (in WV) and flag football on Thursday evenings around Fairfax County.

There are several internet services that do background checks for potential tenants for a nominal fee.Oh yeah and tell the football team to just play ball.

hahaaa.Full disclosure I grew up in NY, and I love football but do not even have a favorite NFL team...just watch for enjoyment.Growing up in NY I played a lot of hockey and I always loved Mass and wanted to live there when I "grew up".There is just something about the Massachusetts lifestyle (politics aside) that I love and it's definitely home....but I'll never root for the Boston teams!!!

They have multiple basketball/volleyball courts, weight room, training facilities, indoor half football field and a sprint track.I like that but want to add a climbing wall, football fields, baseball/softball fields, studios for exercise classes, dojo's, track and field areas, outdoor running/walking track, biking track, health food store, therapists, etc.My thoughts are for me to build, manage, and market the facilities.

Ive known him almost all of my life as he coached me in midget football and is a great family friend.
