Im looking to buy a California bungalow craftsman built in 1912 in south central LA.

Now if the next I have had to fire amazing craftsman before because of their attitudes.

And @Michaela Graham I think you're probably closer to where I'm at in my appreciation of this place...this is a grand old Seattle craftsman (actually we think it may be a Sears home, but can't find any identifiers other than the looks/floor plan, since everything has been painted over at some point).

There was already pockets of very nice homes that contributed to the areas home values (think Dilworth's craftsman homes vs. our areas mill houses).  

Been helping my 20 year old son fix up his little craftsman bungalow.

He was a terrific craftsman but a lousy business man, we seriously doubt he will be of any help to us.Your point about the inspections is exactly what I thought, how did they sign off on the work if it was unpermitted?

Hustle is my work ethic and I payed my own way through college with remodeling/ craftsman work.

This is for a 940 ish square foot Craftsman Bungalow home built in 1920. 

Right now I am doing a rehab and its a 2800+ sqft craftsman bungalow and all the floors luckily are hardwood under the carpets i ripped up.

My recommendation is American Craftsman.
