I would post ads with the local chamber, small business groups on Facebook, and for sure have a screening process that costs you at least a little bit to ensure they are the right fit.

There could be strategy in timing if you go to city council or chamber of commerce meetings for instance and have inside knowledge of a major employer leaving or something.

@Cameron Chambers since condos are gettig a lot of love on this thread so far, I'll give you a contrasting opinion...1) Unless you are on the strata council / condo corp, changes can be made to your unit's costs or use without your consent.
