Regarding the cleaning of mold, the last time we had a tenant complaint where the health department got involved, the sanitarian said the last he read it was recommended to simply use a simple soap and water solution.

On move-in day we surprise the new tenant with a move-in gift package of our favorite cleaning products in a cleaning bucket, a new cutting board, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, paper towels, disinfectant cleaning wipes, dish washing liquid or dishwasher detergent.

I have been on and off my soap box explaining the unintended consequences of long standing moratoriums will be to reduce the availablity of affordable housing and make tenants less secure not more.   

I've been leaving a new bottle of hand sanitizer on the kitchen table along with the other supplies (soap, tp, keys, towels).

Now that I've stepped off my downtown Denver soap box, I will also say that there are some good deals to be had in condos in southeaster Aurora and near I-25 and I-225.

Coordinating cleaners, people wanting discounts, sending check in and check out instructions, coordinating supplies for toilet paper, soap, shampoo...  

This would create a small shelf to put soaps on, which could make it look like it was built on purpose.

Can I charge my tenant for repairs to the dishwasher because they used regular dish soap instead of dishwaster detergent?

Basically keeping it as user friendly for the most people as possible and avoiding things like could be seen or taken as offensive to some (wine, wine openers, scented candles/soaps etc.)
