Put differently, I think the single-family home segment is in a bitcoin moment, where prices are skyrocketing because of demand that will vanish and become a rush to the exit.

I currently have a large portion of my portfolio in Bitcoin and with the recent rises in price and I wanted to transfer some of the profits into a more stable asset and potentially create some cash flow to replace my 9-5.

I would try and start discussions asking about loan strategies or talking about bitcoin being the future and had literally the Founders of this app telling me stop crying or am I insane (in my own words).

I can’t rent it out on RV Trader or a similar site because I won’t be home to manage it. 

We live exactly one mile from the beach, trader Joe's and a bunch of other stores in the surrounding area, gym, Michael's, new whole foods ECT that we can walk too...

You can invest in things such as precious metals, bitcoin, and real estate. 

Having said all of that, I think we're in a state of stagnation and not many investments will work out that well, unless you're a trader and you can move in and out of positions quickly.
