I can’t imagine what kind of things the city ask for turning silo into a house haha

We’ve been looking at cities like Fullerton, Cypress, Anaheim, Orange, and Tustin, but we’re staying away from LA County and Santa Ana due to rental restrictions.A little about us:I’m 30, my wife is 28, and neither of us has owned property before.

I believe Alexandria city allows it but portions of Fairfax county do not allow it. i would go option 1 personally. 

I am not a lender, I'm an investor that typically buys major city-center multifamily. 

That being said, there is a rather diverse property and tenant mix within Allentown, like there is in most cities. 

Our process server charges $40 within the city limits.

Big Banks like Wells Fargo, BOA, Citi, US Bank, and Chase utilize lending programs aimed to service large swaths of depositors.

The demand for vacation rentals in places like Destin, 30A, and Panama City Beach remains strong.

I'm in Kansas City so I can't say for sure but I would highly doubt they'd raise any alarm bells.

Agreed that it's the best neighborhood in the city!
