The big employers are the state government, healthcare, and Hyundai.  

After spending over 18 years in the healthcare industry, primarily in Nutrition & Wellness, Quality & Risk Management, Patient Safety and Performance Improvement I've decided to do something a little different.

Hello from Ann Arbor!

I am living in Ann Arbor, Michigan and am looking for an Investor who is willing to partner and get me up and running.

Also, never attorneys, paralegals, health care professionals, etc.

The second person on the application does not have a job here yet, but has a desirable healthcare certification and is transferring her license over to this state.They did a walk through, seem real nice and filled out the application.

I don't see that happening in the near future due being a fulltime single dad of two children and needing that expensive Healthcare and somewhat reliable income my career provides.  

I'm considering:- Industrial - Apparently this is where the smart money is going in my market, but I don't know the first thing about making a good play here- Health care - Pretty much recession proof but it's hard to compete with the REITs for quality product- Office - Terrible in my market, might be good in others- Restaurants/bars - Cap rates almost as low as residential for quality local tenants, and much lower for NNNsWhere are you guys seeing high cap rates and good outlooks?
