Just because hair is found inside a clogged drain the clog is not the tenant's fault when they rent a unit with ancient plumbing that was 99% clogged the day they moved in. the poor drainage system snags the hair and there is nothing the poor tenant can do to prevent the drain from clogging.

Great for tracking income & expenses but the reports are horrible.MDS - ancient program lolTimberline/Sage - great for constructionXero - reports are bad and tracking income & expense isn't on par with QBO.

Do this and you'll see good results:-Tell them to TEXT you an hour before the appointment to confirm they're coming-Have them fill out an info sheet about them, name, current living area, MAJOR, greek/sport they're in-When I show them the property I explain we do QUARTERLY (or sometimes MONTHLY) cleaning inspections.
