This will allow you to mitigate risk on the first property but also allow you to do a cash out refi on the second, so now you have access to tax free cash that you can do with whatever you please.

The Registered Agent will record the documents on your behalf so only their name and information appear on the documents.

You'd want to work with the REIT sponsor and your CPA to understand the expected timeline for this a bit more.  

Canada has credit reports similar to USA.Google to see if they have a version of TransUnion that can be used to access.

@Manoj Mathew Is this allowed in the PPM-legal documents that your funds can be used for different assets/projects than were defined? 

I could say a particular town or area, but if there aren't any, many properties for sale that doesn't help. 

You could put most of your funds in the stock market and access them when needed for a HML.
