So if you take a long term view to a good area and future rent growth with fixed debt it might get you to where you want to go.Where some investors get into trouble is buying thin deals that suck them dry to keep the property going and they have minimal income to float themselves.

I still think the neighborhood might deter quality tenants...I could float the property indefinitely because I do make enough to cover it...but at what point does it become a not so great investment if I continue to float it...one of the beauties of real estate is cash flow right?

on SS not an expert by any means I owned one for 5 years or so but it was unique it was across the street from a few hundred floating homes on the Columbia river so all my tenants were floating home owners..
