Long time BP member here and I figured it was time while I had a slow day to detail my story.Back in 2016 I was finishing up my Masters in Education at Texas A&M while dating a woman long distance and chose a high school teaching job in San Antonio for the better of that relationship.

We have an application from a potential tenant- a woman living with her adult special needs son. 

Stay away from A frame house (I know they are cute) but they are not insulated well.

When they see a man or woman in ragged clothing begging not to have their home sold from under them, they tend to make cheap little moral judgments and smile at each other.

My husband commented on a post ( congratulations) to someone who did their first wholesale deal ( or something along those lines) anyway this woman reached out and started telling him all of this information about this company she used and they were for lack of a better word a one stop shop. seemed too good to be true of course but as newbies, we were curious and set up a zoom meeting to see what they were all about.

Cute small town, great people,and yes, I do still work in the Seattle/Eastside market.

The woman has passed away and kids now own the house.

I went and looked at buildings, I loved the building I bought because of the original details: 100yr old original front doors, original marble fireplace with carved figure of woman with owl on her shoulder, etc.
