I have always been an entrepreneur and it runs in my family.When I moved into real estate about a decade ago a friend had a developer approaching them to buy their old coin laundry store they had inherited from their mother.I went to the developer and analyzed the contract they wanted to use and found every single out in the contract.

Do you have onsite coin-op laundry for your tenants?

Does anyone have a recommendation on a company to manage coin operating laundry machines (collect, service, etc). 

If there are 5 offers for the same amount, all cash, all quick close......do you think the seller just flips a coin?

I assumed when you said "Bitcoin Mania," you meant Cryptocurrency, my apologizes.Bitcoin isn't the only cryptocurrency, and there's plenty of other alt coins that have performed well in their short life span.

Also, there can be opportunities to increase value by creating/adding more rooms or finishing a basement for living space or even utilizing a basement to add storage units, and coin operated laundry. 

They own the machines and collect the coins and share with the owner at the negotiated rate2.
