Santa Rosa Beach (or 30A) is a very sought after, very upscale destination on the panhandle.

I used to cruise timberlands in my youth and still enjoy it on a weekend w my dog.

Until then, I’m just hammering down the mortgages on the rentals I have left and keep it on cruise control.

They are losing hope because with their damaged credit history, they are getting rejected for even renting, so they know they will probably have to move out, but they haven't been able to nail down a destination.

A primary residence in a tourist destination can be quite interesting.  

The problem with Costa Rica and Puerto Rico is that it is already an established tourism destination for surfing and I want to hit the best up and coming location so I can grow my real estate investments.... some good examples of well established surf destinations that were not "popular" and "surf tourist destinations" a decade ago is Nosara, Costa Rica and Rincon, Puerto Rico...

He calls me now and again telling me he is cruising with his family/extended family.
