It's a bummer that all the other stuff broke but sometimes when you have a high maintenance tenant, they tend to notice these things.As far as your property manager, I would also be a bit annoyed that all these things are getting fixed without your approval but it seems like he doesn't really have much choice since they are landlord responsibilities.My advice would be to sit down and review the bills with your property manager to set the expectation of what you are willing to fix and not explain that his calls weren't emergencies and any maintenance calls require a verbal approval.

If someone was hassling me about a background check I would be annoyed because I have a perfect background.- They have a section 8 voucher so the government has recognized her as who she says she is or she has stolen someone else's voucher.

I will also make sure to call her my tenant and threaten to withhold her security deposit for just about anything she does whenever friends are around, just cause I really like annoying her.
