Just to the south is SE Military which has lots of newish shopping and restaurants. 

In NW Ohio or SE Michigan in counties in or near Lucas Co Ohio, Lenawee Co Michigan, Monroe Co Michigan... is there a list that I can access for free to view which addresses are delinquent on taxes and the amount they owe?

I don't have experience as a flipper per se, but my SFR in a great area of LA -  I have also made lived-in improvements over the past 3 years.

Its a smaller company that is located out of SE Portland, but manages properties all throughout the Portland area. 

Over the past few months, I have gone all over NE and SE  neighborhoods (Anacostia, Deanwood, Randle Heights, Benning Road etc), and also bid for a few houses.

We aren't making enough revenue yet to justify electing to be taxed as an SCorp, so haven't realized the SE tax savings.Another factor is how you will fund your deals.
