You can't go fishing with one type of lure.

There are a lot of people fishing it right now.

BUTIf you're looking to be a bigger fish, you've got a good jumping off point with the 6 SFHs that you've acquired.

I hear big fish say all the time "just go big" but I cant find anyone who actually started big.

Use obvious marketing distortions and I will immediately pass you by as it's clear your fishing among the naive, gullible and careless. 

We are in a strategic position for that, not other REIs we have bigger fish out there, unless they are doing big volume and ROI.
