Meaning, the rate could be higher.....or the loan might be shorter (like a 15 year loan or something)....or the rate might be a variable rate.....and I have most certainly seen ALL THREE of those on some loans of this type.I would certainly tackle the questionnaire item first.

They arnt cheap, but they will tackle weird smells, mold and smoke like nobody's business Just don't breathe the stuff.

Maybe I hit the send button twice triggering the spam alert.

Craigslist produces SO much spam.

If I see an ad with no phone number, I consider it spam.

FB and LinkedIn are great resources, but unfortunately, most groups I've found there are inundated with spam -- you won't find that here.

I've always tried to tackle things on my own and have endured the consequences (some good, many bad...).Another thing I'm doing differently is TELLING OTHERS about my plans this time.

So if you want to tackle it, don't listen to the naysayers (unless the numbers don't work of course, then listen) but go for it.I'm rooting for you!
