Although TT is a bit higher ($5) than other screening providers, the layout of the screening report is very easy to read with a recommendation on whether to accept or reject the applicant.

By asking the question it seems like a disabled applicant could accuse me of discrimination if I reject him or her for another equally qualified tenant.What do you think?

@Brian BandasTo add to that tip about using first class then standard, I'd recommend using a postcard first to get that rejection to save money on the dead address first.

So you can have attorney review, but any changes they want to make, likely will get rejected by the builder in my experience.On resales, by the time you could get an attorney to look at it, give you advice, and get changes done, the house may well be gone. 

Accept them if they qualify, reject them if they don't, just like you would for anyone else.

Did you ever get an approval from them on the seller financing portionWe ran into this in selling a home and had some seller carry and it was contingent upon full underwriting - buyer never completed app etc so we rejected the loan and they threatened to sue but it didn’t go far as they had no leg to stand on

The mindset of embracing the « how » and rejecting the idea of not being able to achieve something, is a rule that we can apply to anything. 

They also have call blocking, so I can reject crazy people (such as the, I have 3 pitbulls and need a fenced yard callers).
