i wanted to post a few photos about a flip we did ( i hope i can find more ) . it was a vacant home that the owners went to a nursing home and had not lived in it for about 5 years . things got pretty out of hand , we ended up with seven 30yd dumpsters of crap ; unfortunately i listened to stories from neighbors that it was filled with treasures , and i found 1 the first day :( i found meat from 1978 in the basement freezer ; luckily the unit kept working !

Tulsa is still a good market for corporate/medium term property, and I would argue that the proximity to downtown/midtown makes Hillcrest and Ascension/St John hospitals that nurses will come to Tulsa for, plus if you ever transition to STR's, the closer to downtown, the better.
