We are in the process of looking for more integration with technology to streamline our processes, and there are a lot of exciting things out there.  

I will always conduct my business in a manner based on integrity and the golden rule.

At that point in time she and I will begin her training and figure out how to integrate her into the business.With all of that being said, I have between now and June 1st to figure out how to use her and that’s why I am putting this out there to the masses to get some ideas.

For example whether it's analyzing and viewing 5 more auction properties daily or evaluating whether the current project scope I use to bid contractor work has been resulting in costly overruns then processing a maintenance call has ultimately cost much more than integrating a VA or a part time assistant. 

But it wouldn't be integrated with tenant screening, so I would imagine a fully-online application might work better for you.Hope this helps.

One thing that I have really taken to heart from the BP podcast is that your character/integrity is everything in this business.

In other words a person of integrity and commitment will likely satisfy all of your needs and then some.

An alternative to having the existing basement support the new structure, you could design the new structure around the basement and be able to utilize it as space, but not concern yourself with the structural integrity of what is currently there.
