If not then you are putting the cart before the horse and you don't want to lose EMD's by not having financing already lined up.

I have paid a less expensive worker to scrub cabinet faces with TSP to strip greasy grime, then lightly sand by hand (remove drawers and doors so they can work at saw horse height), and then apply a fresh coat of glossy stain (I've attached a picture from that project) - still cheaper than buying a new suite.

The building began construction in 2011 but stalled in early 2012 and has been sitting in its nearly completed state since.

We would often sell them to cover loses from other projects, usually horses, then find another house and fix it up. 

At least 1 vacant stall won't sink you, and the location would easily fill the vacancy.

, they are stalling with title work which I don't think is an actual issue, just a delay tactic, etc. 

So forgive me if I am beating an old horse.
