Of course nothing is free as there are taxes and other associated costs, but you catch my drift.

It's a free floating floor but has some specific instructions.

Kayaks left floating in lake, heat left on with windows open, garbage not put out, all food left in fridge. 

To make any money these days that would mean floating a couple points above that..
