I do at the end of the day think the amount of wholesalers are going to decrease dramatically due to this simply law, but those who go through with it and get the license will be back to their normal habits due to the lack of oversight and consequences.

If we organized the forums based on what users are most often looking for, I think we could dramatically reduce the number of repeat posts.If we have to break things out into sub-categories, we should be very specific in defining those categories to avoid cross-posting, simplify the user's ability to search past posts, and to help moderators maintain some semblance of order by moving discussions to the correct forums.

A few of these apartment complexes I have owned for less than 2 years and have increased the NOI dramatically, increasing the value of the property and NOT being at the mercy of comps.Don't get me wrong, I have made a few mistakes, but now I have learned my lesson and have some really nice value plays that we are in the middle of repositioning and that cash flow should continue to rise.
