Can you spare me a dime?

If your sister and "friend" wish to continue and feel there's value they should do so on their own dime and perhaps help support you a bit as it sounds like you're the one in a bad situation right now! 

Section 8 paid their deposits and they didn't give a yahoo if they got a dime back it seemed. 

Walking into a job site and taking extensive notes to draw you up an itemized proposal takes quite abit of time to do for a job hes probably gonna get nickle and dimed to death for.

If the market does not increase you have not made a dime.

I have been offered to purchase the property without throwing in a dime at $300k.  

I have wholesaled properties, and not made a dime, b/c the seller needed help, and I was able to do that for them.

Say goodbye to tracking individual receipts - every single SKU that you buy goes online... this is true for both HD and Lowes.It's also super helpful to be able to hand your key players a charge card and stop having to do endless phone sales (Which take FOREVER if there's a line)IMO, it's a lot more helpful than having a business CC with employee cards... wrangling receipts is never, ever fun or easy when you're dealing with a process that may entail several trips a day to various stores.I also encourage the use of gas account cards for underlings for the same reason - they report every dime spent to your online account.

Some need to be given license to give you that.I know first hand what its like to work your butt off, deliver high end work on schedule and within budget, only to be nickeled and dimed to death.
