Get a DU (desk underwriting)report afterwards.Forget the "assigning or using an LLC"......that eliminates your owner occupied loan.Your inspection should not be 30 days, your "loan approval dead line" should be 30 days, with closing in 45 days.If the property is not financable in it's current condition, get a 203k FHA purchase/renovation loan.
