It's our favorite travel destination.

I was just cruising the MLS for some things and saw quite a few properties that I believe are very reasonably priced and have very high DOM’s. 

Not doing so is the equivalent of commencing a drive without first establishing a destination.  

Buenos Aires, Budapest, Prague, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Santiago, Santo Domingo, Dublin, Panama City, Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town and others are all getting an influx of expatriate investors, (in addition to the tried and true expat destinations, such as Paris, Rome and London.)

How many of those bills were destined to die from the beginning?

I wonder if it would be profitable to build on the land and use property like an Airbnb or resort destination?
