Your information rings very true.

I'm going to keep ringing the local and regional banks and affiliates and see what I can come up with.

Sometimes people that might not be interested in the business side can knock things out of the park from the creative side.Or, you can always designate one of the units as her engagement ring fund.  

I haven't been able to get them to pick up the phone, so in short it's important to answer that phone as soon as it rings.

We use them combined with yellow letters  (that we write by hand) and the phone rings.

My phone started ringing within minutes this time! 

Unless your goal is to make the phone ring for no reason don’t give them your number until they’ve seen the place (down there you can use google voice).
