If you find a great deal and you post it on BP or CL or your local REIA website your phone will start ringing quickly.For some time I used to call every wholesaler that I came across in my farme area and asked to be put on their buyers list.

That  someones phone will ring instead of yours.

That way you will not have to worry every time your phone rings at night or on the weekend.  

What Matt said about lenders out there that will finance for an LLC ring true for us as well.
