Very strange. 

Through many emails with my pm I haven't gotten them on the phone""I actually don't know why my PM made it from Sept-Oct (as the summer is the easiest time to rent there and more than one year is strange.""

Just doesn't feel right, their websites look strange, they info they want up front and sometimes money is strange.  

And for some strange reason, they seem to think that selling it themselves will be easier than using an agent?

These offers are somewhere in the black hole that is consuming the financial world right now and the house remains empty to this day.Two weeks ago, for some strange reason I signed on for a 7 day trial of Realtytrak and saw that the house was scheduled to be auctioned on November 6th.

Something strange is the address is listed they view the unit and say they like it but not the neighborhood.

I was wonder if anyone could offer any advice as to this somewhat strange situation.Thank you!

Also you're right, it is very strange for your attorney to not have brought this up prior to closing and only mention it after the fact (maybe it's not as big of an issue as we think, or perhaps the attorney just wanted to close a transaction?) 

I have been looking in an area that has a couple for sale properties, in a flood zone.  Literally every other house has a giant plastic cylinder in their front yard.  anyone know what this is?
