@Andrew Mittelstadt Yeah I would agree with the nickle and diming the thing is my car is a Suzuki and they don't make them anymore so the replacement parts will have to be built and then shipped from Japan which could take 4-20 weeks.

Additionally, the seller's agent is refusing to allow me to speak with property manager to get a rent roll, copies of leases, etc, until he receives an offer, as he is worried someone will spook the property manager and they will jump ship.

The home is small 1000 S.F. 2 story house, 15 min walk to town, but on the water with dock, and can attract transient boaters looking for overnight, as well as beach goers and city folk looking for a weekend getaway.
