Karen,Being a chef myself (not a professional or anything) in addition to a high end rehab flipper, the gas selection is a no brainer, electric stoves suck for cooking in my opinion and any chef worth his salt would agree gas the the best choice.

References are what they are, they won't give you bad ones so take them with a grain of salt, ask for supplier references to see how well they pay their bills.
