Those self-education activities and numerous blogs, technical charting books, ETFs, index funds, 24/5 futures, fx, metals, commodities, energies, cyclical methods, moon phases, sun spots studies, etc made me feel like I am some sort of small authority so out of hobby started working on market charts to make those theories put to work in real life just for fun.

Yes, whole Seattle area is tenant friendly but, I thoroughly screen my tenants, set expectations up front and have an iron clad lease, so I haven't personally had any issues with the renters here.

The windows weren't the problem - it was the framing around them where they weren't strapped with metal at the bottom of the posts - and the framing requirements were totally different in 1908 when the house was built.
