I was able to redo a fireplace in very fancy tile for under $5.  

Now in their 40-50s they live a great life and work maybe 20-30 hour weeks since they have more than enough to live on.People who rely on their fancy W-2 jobs alone will have nothing to stand on , when they lose their jobs.   

If you don't like what they say go find another. tips... dress to impress, have your financials ready, and be prepared to sell yourself.Good luck

It basically contains your name, sellers name, property and dress and legal description, your offer price and the terms including contingencies and timeframes etc.If you are pretty sure you’re going to move forward you can get your attorney to just draft a purchase agreement and save a bunch of time if it’s a smaller purchase.

As we have already discussed, this is part of investing and I respect it but, its another example of how prices are inflated and people are blinded by fancy areas, low interest rates, scarcity of inventory, etc.
