I was interested in the entertainment value of seeing Pete and Dave from the show.And the Flipping advantage is probably the same group.

Joshua Tree Saloon is still the main attraction down there with some new ones like Awe Bar in YV but entertainment is still lacking for the number of annual travelers.

This is extreme in that you would need to eat ramen noodles, sleep on a friends couch and have an entertainment budget of zero. 

I'll see if they'll entertain a 12mo extension, and maybe the rates will better mid-2025!

Long has there been discount brokers, flat fee brokers, real estate attorneys, FSBO, etc etc etc.......And yes, I was at one of the named defendant brokerages, I even entertained franchise ownership of said brokerage so I did get to see behind the curtain and there was no price fixing or collusion.

I love the model honestly - having 2 STRs, a bunch of LTRs, a career in hospitality/entertainment and an eye on moving overseas, it's just intriguing to me.

Entertainment, healthcare, and many software projects tend to have this problem.

We have a stove in the island and absolutely love being able to talk/entertain while cooking and not just staring at a wall.

Will entertain offers as otherwise will go to waste.
