The neighbors WILL rat you out, so don't even try.You mentioned AZ and MT as possible candidates, too.My experience is that MT is gorgeous and far more affordable, but comes with winters similar to WI - long and cold.I lived in AZ as a child, and one of my earliest memories is waiting to cross the street barefoot, hopping from one foot to the other so I didn't burn my feet.

I had to contact the police today because she was threatening my child with foul language saying "You're going to stop all that mot#$%@$@king running and you better shut the F#$% up" the boyfriend stopped her from aggressively coming to my unit after she banged on the ceiling he told her repeatedly that she was wrong and she keeps harassing me and my son who is 3 years old.
